RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the construction of
"SANITARY SEWER RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT - PHASE I - WS -Calif -358
provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and MAGGIORA AND GHILOTTI, INC. , as Contractor,
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the
7th day of �July , l9—Z2— -
I, MARION A. GRADY. Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of
said City held on Monday, , the 3rd day of
July �, 19 72 by the following vote, to -wit:
