APPROVAL OF TRANSFER OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM
THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL TO THE TOWN OF ROSS
KNOWN AS THE MADDEN PROPERTY TRANSFER
WHEREAS, the town of Ross and the owners of certain
property in the City of San Rafael (see attached Exhibit "A")
have requested transfer of this property from San Rafael to
Ross, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is
impractical to provide service to the property since access
is available only through the town of Ross.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council approves the Madden
property transfer.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and re-
gularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on Monday, the 7th day of August,
1972 by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Barbier, Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan and
Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
