RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the construction of
U.S. 101 Viaduct Parking Lot (Bet. 3rd & 4th Sts.) Proi No 9322-72.140
provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and BROWN -ELY CO. CONTRACTORS , as Contractor,
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the
17th day of August , 19 72
I, MAR1014 A. GRAOY. Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of
said City held on Monda, , the 21st day of
August �, 19 72 by the following vote, to -wit:
