A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AND DESCRIBING TWO (2) HOUR LIMIT PARKING AREAS
BE IT RESOLVED that the following described street, or portion
thereof, in the City of San Rafael, State of California, is hereby desig-
nated as a street whereon parking in excess of two hours is prohibited
between the hours of 9:00 o'clock A.M. and 6:00 o'clock P.M., during any
day except Sundays and Legal Holidays within the meaning of Chapter 5.48.010
of the Municipal Code of the City of San Rafael.
GRAND AVENUE - between Fourth and Fifth Avenues (both sides of the street)
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted
at a regular meeting of the Council of said City held on
Mnnrla3z , the 91,t day of August , 1972,
by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES . COUNCILMEN: Barbier, Jensen, Miskimen and Mayor Bettini
NOES . COUNCILMEN: None
