RESOLUTION ORDERING CLOSING, ABANDONING
AND VACATING VARIOUS EASEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Rafael on the 11th
day of September , 199 72, adopted Resolution No. 4293
entitled RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE VARIOUS EASEMENTS; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution was posted as required by law; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works of the City of San Rafael,
California, conspicuously posted notices of easement vacation as required by law;
and
WHEREAS, a hearing was had this day as required by law and said
Resolution No. 4293 , at which hearing the Council of the City of San
Rafael heard evidence offered by persons interested; and
WHEREAS, it appears from all of the evidence submitted that the
following described easements are unnecessary for present or prospective
public use;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the following described easements are unnecessary for
present or prospective public use;
2. That the following described easements are hereby ordered
closed, abandoned and vacated;
3. That the easements closed, abandoned and vacated are described
on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
I, MARION A. GRADY , Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of San Rafael held
on the 2nd day of October , 19% 72 , by the following vote,
to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN : Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN : None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN : Barbier

10 FOOT WIDE DRAINAGE EASEMENT TO BE ABANDONED
ON LOT 95 OF DOMINICAN HEIGHTS UNIT THREE (Maps at pg 47)
That certain Drainage Easement in the City of San Rafael, California;
as shown on Lot 95 of the Map of Dominican Heights, Unit Three; recorded
December 11, 1963, in Volume 12 of Maps at Page 47, Records of Marin
County, California; said Drainage Easement being 10 feet •aide lying
adjacent to the Northeasterly line of said Lot 95 and said line being
described as N 46° 05' W, 137.202 feet.
