RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
SETTING FEES PURSUANT TO SECTION 3.24.50 OF TITLE 3 OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 3.24.50 of Title 3 of the Municipal
Code of the City of San Rafael, the City Council shall set the fees
required to be set pursuant to said article.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the fees to be paid pursuant
to Section 3.24.50 of Title 3 of the Municipal Code of the City of
San Rafael are hereby set as follows:
(1) For each bedroom within each dwelling unit, $75.
(2) For addition of or conversion to a bedroom within an
existing structure, $75.
(3) For each room in a dwelling unit or structure that may be
used as or converted to a bedroom, $75.
(4) For each mobile home space or pad, $75.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby cer-
tify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City held
on the 18th day of September, 1972, by the following vote, to -wit:
