RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION REMOVING ONE (1) FOOT NON -ACCESS STRIP
FROM THE WESTERLY TERMINUS OF LAS RAPOSAS ROAD AS
SHOWN ON THE RECORD SUBDIVISION MAP OF "LAS COLINDAS
UNIT TEN"
WHEREAS, the San Rafael Planning Commission and City Council have
heretofore approved the subdivision map of "Las Colindas Unit Ten"; and
WHEREAS, said subdivision map of "Las Colindas Unit Ten" was
recorded on January 19, 1967 in Vol. 13 of Maps at Page 38, Marin County
Records; and
WHEREAS, the Record Subdivision Map of "Las Colindas Unit Ten's
in the City of San Rafael, shows a one (1) foot non -access strip across
the westerly terminus of Las Raposas Road; and
WHEREAS, John R. and Mary 1. Bell have requested that said
one (1) foot non -access strip be removed to allow development of a
single-family residence on a 1.87 acre parcel adjacent to and westerly
of the westerly terminus of Las Raposas Road; and
WHEREAS, said one (1) foot non -access strip would preclude
access to the proposed improvements on said parcel; and
WHEREAS, the San Rafael Planning Commission did, on September 12,
1972, approve the use of said parcel for one single family dwelling;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain one (1) foot
non -access strip across the westerly terminus of Las Raposas Road as shown
on the Recorded Subdivision Map of "Las Colindas Unit Ten" be and the same
is hereby removed.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City
on the 6th day of November 1972, by the following
vote, to -wit:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain one (1) foot
non -access strip across the westerly terminus of Las Raposas Road as shown
on the Recorded Subdivision Map of "Las Colindas Unit Ten" be and the same
is hereby removed.
