RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, GENERAL
PROVISIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS AND DIRECT-
ING CALL FOR BIDS FOR PUBLIC TOILET ROOM
ADDITION TO SAN RAFAEL PUBLIC LIBRARY
WHEREAS, the City Manager of the City of San Rafael, California,
presented to the City Council of said City and filed with the City Clerk
thereof plans, specifications, general provisions and instructions to
bidders entitled PUBLIC TOILET ROOM ADDITION
TO SAN RAFAEL PUBLIC LIBRARY and
WHEREAS, said City Council has examined and considered said docu-
ments and the same appear to be in all respects correct and proper.
NOW, THEREFGRE, BE IT HEREBY ORDERED AND RESOLVED, that said plans,
specifications, general provisions, and instructions to bidders be and the
same are hereby approved as the official plans, specifications, general pro-
visions and instructions to bidders for the furnishing of materials, services
or doing of said work,
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED AND RESOLVED, THAT THE City Clerk of
said City be and she is hereby authorized and directed to cause to be pub-
lished in a manner provided by law a notice inviting sealed proposals for
the furnishing of materials, services, or doing of said work, which notice
shall contain among other things required by law, a statement of the time
and place hereby fixed and appointed for opening, examining and declaring
said proposals, to -wit:
3:00 o'clock P.M., Monday, January 8th, 1973 in thei.-IC-ity Clerk's Office, Room
204, 1400 Fifth Avenue,San Rafael, California (Enomoto & Ring, Architects)
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted
at a regular meeting of the Council of said City held on Monday the 18th
day of December , 19 72 , by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
