RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF AGREEMENT
FOR THE ALLARDT'S CANAL SURVEY
Upon application of the Surveyor therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the survey of
ALLARDT'S CANAL
provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and HOFFMAN & ALBRITTON , as Surveyor,
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the
5th day of February , 19 73 .
I, MARION A. GRADY , Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a Regular meeting of the Council of said
City held on Monday , the 18th day of December ,
19 72 , by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
