RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF AGREEMENT
FOR THE ALLARDT'S CANAL SURVEY
Upon application of the Surveyor therefor, and due cause being shown this
City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED that the time within which the survey of
ALLARDT'S CANAL
provided for in that certain Agreement
between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL and HOFFMAN & ALBRITTON
as Surveyor, shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and in-
cluding the
18th
day of DECEMBER , 19 72 .
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, hereby certify
that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City held on
Monday , the 20th day of NOVEMBER 19 72 by the
following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
