RESOLUTION CHANGING TIME LIMITS
FOR PARKING AT FIFTH AVE. AND "C" STREET PARKING LOT
BE IT RESOLVED that the time limits for parking at the
Municipal Parking Lot at Fifth Avenue and "C" Street in the City of
San Rafael are hereby modified as follows:
UPPER DECK
FROM
TO
Two Hours and Five Hours All Three Hours
(The Lower Deck to remain Two Hour Limit Parking)
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City held on Monday, the 4th day of December, 1972 by the following
vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN : Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN : None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN : None
