RESOLUTION REQUESTING COUNTY OF MARIN TO ACT AS
FISCAL AGENT FOR THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL IN CON-
NECTION WITH BAHIA DE RAFAEL INDUSTRIAL PARK
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, MARIN
COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
Rafael, Marin County, California, as follows:
1. THAT the City of San Rafael hereby requests the
County of Marin to act as fiscal agent for the City of San Rafael
in connection with the special assessment bonds to be issued under
the Improvement Act of 1911 in connection with Bahia de Rafael
Industrial Park Assessment District, City of San Rafael, Marin
County, California, in accordance with the provisions of that
certain agreement between the County of Marin and the City of San
Rafael dated June, 1966, a copy of which agreement is attached
hereto and designated "Exhibit A."
2. THAT, in accordance with said agreement, the City
of San Rafael has provided the sum of One Thousand Five Hundred
and Twenty Dollars ($1,520.00) to compensate the County of Marin
for said services.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the
5th day of February, 1973, by the following vote, to wit:
