RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
CLAIMING NO"INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JOHN F'. McINNIS.
WHEREAS, John F. McInnis and Wishard Brown were the Trustees
of a certain sum of money put in trust for Chin Ho for the beautifi-
cation of the City- of San Rafael; and
WHEREAS, John F. McInnis, one of the Trustees named is de-
ceased; and
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael claims no interest personally
against the estate of said John F. McInnis.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of San Rafael
claims no personal interest against the estate of John F. McInnis,
deceased.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly intro-
duced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City
held on the 5th day of February, 1973, by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Mulryan, Miskimen and
Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
