RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND DIRECTING
CALL FOR BIDS FOR
TRAFFIC SIGNAL SYSTEM INSTALLATIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO.' -9412 AND 13-73.318
WHEREAS,
City Engineer, of the City of San Rafael, California, presented to the City
Council of said City and filed with the City Clerk thereof, Plans and Specifi-
cations entitled TRAFFIC SIGNAL SYSTEM INSTALLATIONS
AND IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. 9412 AND 13-73.318
and TMEREAS, said City Council has examined and considered said plans and
specifications and the same appear to be in all respects correct and proper;
;NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY ORDERED AND RESOLVED that said plans and specifi-
cations be and the same are hereby approved as the official plans and specifi-
cations for doing said work;
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED AND RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of said City be
and is hereby authorized and directed to cause to be published in a manner
provided by law a notice inviting sealed proposals for doing said work, which
said notice shall contain among other things required by law, a statement of
the time and placehereby fixed and appointed for opening, examining and declar-
ing said proposals, to -wit: 10:00 A.M. on Monday,
April 16, 1973
I, MARION A. GRADY , Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that
the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
Regular meeting of the Council of said City held on Monday the
19th day of. March , 19 73 , by the following vote, to -wit:
