RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION
FOR
R. JEREMY DWYER
WHEREAS, the many friends of R. JEREMY DWYER have
come forward requesting recognition for his
many achievements and unselfish contribution
of time and effort for the development and im-
provement of his fellowman; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of San Rafael hereby commends
R. JEREMY DWYER for the encouragement,
understanding and guidance he has so generously
given to the young people of this community to
inspire their thinking toward a better life in
future years.
