RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the construction of
SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM -INFILTRATION CONTROL PROJECT - CLEANING
PROJECT NO. 9513(72.160)
provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and ROl2DING-CLEANIN5 MAUJUS,, INC , as Contractor,
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the
4th day of
March , 19 73
I, MARION A. GRADV. Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of
said City held on Monday , the 5th day of
February , 1973 by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN : Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN : None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN : None
