RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the construction of
a 11111 ISUIMMA I.,
provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and HOFFMAN & ALBRITTON , as Contractor,
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the
16th day of _ May , 19 73
I, MAR 1014 A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of
said City held on Monday , the 5th day of
February 19 73 by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN : None
