A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING
OF A LEASE OR AGREEMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL HEREBY RE-
SOLVES as follows:
The MAYOR and CITY CLERK are authorized to execute,
on behalf of the City of San Rafael a lease or agreement with
BANK OF AMERICA
a copy of which is hereby attached and by this reference made
a part hereof.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and re-
gularly introduced and adopted at a Regular meeting
of the Council of said City held on Monday the 5th
day of February 1973 by the following vote, to -
with.
AYES: COUNCILMEN- Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None

SCHEDULE OF FEES
Paying Agency Services
Effective July 1, 1973, CITY OF SAN RAFAEL ("ISSUER")
shall pay to BANK OF AMERICA NT & SA ("BANK") fees when funds for maturities are
payable in accordance with the following schedule:
Annual Administration fee
Payment of bonds at maturity or when
entire principal amount is called
for redemption
Payment of coupons
Payment of bonds prior to maturity by
partial call
Registration of bonds
Payment of interest on registerd bonds
by check
Minimum annual fee for each co -paying
agent per issue or series
*(Bank will compensate Co -Paying Agents
from fees paid to BANK by ISSUER provided
Paying Agent's charges are in excess of
their minimum charge.)
Note: The above fees include the destruction
or return to ISSUER of all bonds and
coupons paid; and the normal reimburse-
ment to BANK of postage (first class rate -
$.08), express and insurance charges.
