RESOLUTION NO. 4414
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AFFIRMING CATV FRANCHISE RIGHTS IN THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AND MORE PARTICULARLY IN THE AREA FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE
TERRA LINDA COMMUNITY SERVICES DI'STRI'CT.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 890 and Ordinance No. 898,
of the City of San Rafael, a franchise was given to TELE-VUE SYSTEMS,
INC., a corporation, to construct, operate and maintain community
antenna television systems within the City of San Rafael; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinances provide that said TELE-VUE SYSTEMS,
INC. shall have a license to operate said system within the City limits
of San Rafael; and
WHEREAS, the area formerly known as the Terra Linda Community
Services District was annexed to the City of San Rafael on the 1st
day of January, 1973, and is now within the City limits of the City
of San Rafael.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND AFFIRMED that the license
formerly granted to TELE-VUE SYSTEMS, INC., a corporation, pursuant
to Ordinance No. 898, is extended to and encompasses all areas within
the City limits of the City of San Rafael, including the area formerly
known as Terra Linda Community Services District.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly intro-
duced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City
held on thel__q_Yday of March , 1973, by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None

WHEREAS, said Ordinances provide that said TELE-•'17UE SYSTEMS,
INC. shall have a license to operate said syster within the City limits
of San Rafael; and
NIHEREAS, the area formerly known as the Terra Linda Community
Services District was annexed to the City of San Rafael on the lst
day of January, 1973, and is now within the City limits of the City
of San Rafael.
NOW THEREFORE, Br IT RESOLVED AND AFFIRMED that the license
formerly granted to TELE-VUP SYSTEMS, INC., a corporation, Pursuant
to Ordinance No. 898, is extended to and encompasses all areas within
the City limits of the City of San Rafael, including the area formerly
known as Terra Linda Community Services District.
