RESOLUTION SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING FOR
DETERMINING PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY IN
MOORING ROAD SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL, MARIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, has adopted a map showing the bound-
aries of proposed Mooring Road Sewer Assessment District, City
of San Rafael, Marin County, California, which said map is en-
titled,' "Proposed Boundaries of Mooring Road Sewer Assessment
District, City of San Rafael, Marin County, California;" and
WHEREAS, the owners of more than sixty per cent (60%)
of the real property within the boundaries of said proposed
assessment district have waived all investigation proceedings
under the Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and Major-
ity Protest Act of 1931 and have requested that said Act shall
not be applicable to these proceedings;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, as follows:
1. That Monday, the 16th day of April, 1973, at the
hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. of said day, is hereby fixed as the
day and hour, and the meeting place of the City Council of the
City of.San Rafael, located in the Council Chambers, 1400 Fifth
Avenue, San Rafael, California, as the place, when and where
any and all persons interested may appear and show cause why
the City Council of San Rafael should not find and deter-
mine that the public convenience and necessity require the said
proposed improvements and acquisitions to be made in said pro-
posed assessment district, without compliance with the provi-
sions of the Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and
Majority Protest Act of 1931.

2. The time and place of hearing shall be given in
accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 590 of the City
Council of the City of San Rafael.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the
2nd day of April, 1973, by the following vote, to wit:
