RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AND DESCRIBING INTERSECTIONS
AT WHICH A BOULEVARD STOP IS REQUIRED
BE IT RESOLVED that the following intersection or portion thereof,
in the City of San Rafael, State of California, is hereby designated as an
intersection at which vehicles are required to stop within the meaning of
Chapter 5.28.010 of the Municipal Code of the City of San Rafael.
ON LAS OVEJAS AVENUE AT PENNY ROYAL LANE -
SOUTHBOUND
I, MARION A GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted
at a regular meeting of the Council of said City bald on Monday , the
26th day of February , 1973 , by the following vote, to -wit.,
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
