A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AND DESCRIBING NO PARKING AREA
BE IT RESOLVED that the following described street, or portions
thereof in the City of San Rafael, State of California, is hereby designated
as "No Parking Anytime",.within the meaning of Chapter 5.48.01 of the
Municipal Code of the City of San Rafael, and parking thereon is hereby
prohibited.
PROFESSIONAL CENTER PARKWAY - "NO PARKING ANYTIME" SOUTH
SIDE ONLY FROM FRONTAGE ROAD
TO CHANNING WAY.
I, MARION A. GRADY , Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly intro-
duced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City held on
Monday, the 26th day of FEBRUARY 19 73 by the following vote,
to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Malryan and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
