RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND DIRECTING
CALL FOR BIDS FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF TENNIS COURTS - FREITAS PARK PROJECT
(VALLECITO SCHOOL SITE), PROJECT NO. 9111-73.150.
WHEREAS,
City Engineer, of the City of San Rafael, California, presented to the City
Council of said City and filed with the City Clerk thereof, Plans and Specifi-
cations entitled "CONSTRUCTION OF TENNIS COURTS - FREITAS PARI: PROJECT,"
(VALLECITO SCHOOL SITE), PROJECT NO. 9111-73.150.
and IfREREAS,. said City Council has examined and considered said plans and
specifications and the same appear to be in all respects correct and proper;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY ORDERED AND RESOLVED that said plans and specifi-
cations be and the same are hereby approved as the official plans and specifi-
cations for doing said work;
IT IS HEREBY FURTRER ORDERED AND RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of said City be
and is hereby authorized and directed to cause to be published in a manner
provided by law a notice inviting sealed proposals for doing said work, which
said notice shall contain among other things required by law, a statement of
the tune and place hereby fixed and. appointed for opening, examining and declar-
ing said proposals, to -wit: 10:00 A.M. on Monday, the 2nd day of April, 1973,
in the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, Room 204, 1400 Fifth Avenue, San Rafael,
California.

the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
Regular meeting of the Council of said City held on Monday the
5th day of March , 19 73 , by the following vote, to -wit:
