OPEN SESSION - 7:00 PM - COUNCIL CHAMBERS
Chairman Boro announced in Open Session that the Redevelopment Agency would be going into
Closed Session to discuss the following Close Session item:
1. CLOSED SESSION - 7:00 PM - CONFERENCE ROOM 201
Conference with Real Property Negotiator (Government Code §54956.8).

Agency Attorney Ragghianti announced that no reportable action was taken.
Member Cohen reported that the St. Vincent Relocation Advisory Committee met on 12/16/94
and unanimously supported the Agency quickly executing a conditional purchase agreement
for the property at 820 B Street.

Member Zappetini moved and Member Heller seconded, to approve the recommended action on
the following Consent Calendar items:

3. ANNUAL MEETING TO ACCEPT ANNUAL REPORT AND AUDIT FOR SAN RAFAEL REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
(RA) - File R-62
Assistant Executive Director Ours stated the Redevelopment Agency completed its
audit, and no deficiencies were found. He pointed out that 104 housing units were
completed last year, all either very affordable or affordable which is an impressive
number for a city the size of San Rafael.
Member Cohen moved and Member Thayer seconded, to approve the Annual Report and
Audit and to forward it to the City Council for review and approval.

4. CONSIDERATION OF APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN AND VICE CHAIRMAN, SAN RAFAEL REDEVELOPMENT

Member Heller moved and Member Zappetini seconded, to reappoint Chairman Boro as
Chairman of the San Rafael Redevelopment Agency and to appoint Member Cohen as Vice -
Chairman.
