RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the construction of
SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM INFILTRATION CONTROL
PROJECT NO. 9513-72.160 - PROJECT - CLEANING
provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and RODDING -CLEANING MACHINES, INC. , as Contractor,
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the
7TH day of

, 19 73 .
I, MARION A. GRAOV. Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a Regular meeting of the Council of
said City held on Monday , the 19th day of
