RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR TURNOUT GEAR
WHEREAS, the bid or proposal of
Western Fire
Equipment Company at the quotation stated
in his bid, was and is the lowest responsible bidder for the
furnishing of turnout gear for Fire Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Mayor and
City Clerk are authorized to execute a contract on behalf of
the City with the successful bidder in accordance with the
terms, specifications, and general provisions of said bid or
proposal.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that all other bids or proposals are
hereby rejected and the City Clerk is directed to return all
accompanying certified checks, cash, and bond of said unsuccess-
ful bidders.
I, MARION GRADY, City Clerk, hereby certify,. that the
foregoing resolution was duly introduced and adopted at a meet -
of the City Council held on the 2nd day of February ,
1973 by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan and Mayor Bettini
