RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the construction of
TRAFFIC SIGNAL SYSTEM INTERCONNECTION AND IMPROVEMENT -TOPICS PROJECT T-3072(22)
provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and L. 11. LEONARDI ELECTRIC CONSTRUCTION CO. , as Contractor,
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the
14th day of JUNE , 19_ 73 .
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a Regular meeting of the Council of
said City held on Monday the 16th day of
April , 19 73 by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN : Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN : None
