RESOLUTION DIRECTING FILING OF BOUNDARY MAP WITH
COUNTY RECORDER OF THE COUNTY OF MARIN
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, on the 2nd day of April, 1973, approved
the boundary map for Mooring Road Sewer Assessment District, City
of San Rafael, Marin County, California, which said map is entitled,
"Proposed Boundaries of Mooring Road Sewer Assessment District,
City of San Rafael, Marin County, California;"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of San Rafael that a certified copy of said boundary map
heretofore approved shall be filed with the County Recorder of
Marin County in accordance with the provisions of Part 2, Division
4.5 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the
16th day of April, 1973, by the following vote, to wit:

NOES: Councilmen : None
ABSENT: Councilmen • None
