RESOLUTION APPOINTING A PAYING AGENT FOR THE PAYMENT
OF PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST ON BONDS ISSUED IN THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, has authorized issuance of general obli-
gation bonds in the principal amount of $2,250,000, issued under
the statutes of the State of California, the ordinances and reso-
lutions of the City of San Rafael and by vote of the people of the
City of San Rafael, in City of San Rafael Open Space Bond Election;
and
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael has an existing agreement
with Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association by which
said Bank acts as paying agent for the bonds of the City of San
Rafael and such bonds as are administered by City officers; and
WHEREAS, said fees as set forth on said existing agreement
appear fair and reasonable for the services provided by said Bank.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, does hereby find, resolve, determine and
order as follows:
1. Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association,
Main Office, San Francisco, California, is hereby appointed paying
agent for bonds issued in said City of San Rafael Open Space Bond
Election, and said Bank shall be paid in accordance with the existing
agreement between said City of San Rafael and said Bank of America
National Trust and Savings Association.
2. The City Clerk of the City of San Rafael is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the Bank
of America National Trust and Savings Association, Corporate Agency
Division, Bank of America Center, P. 0. Box 3415, Rincon Annex,
San Francisco, Ca., 94120.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the
16th day of April, 1973, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan and Mayor Bettini
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT: Councilmen: None
