RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED,.that the time within which the construction of
EAST SAN RAFAEL DRAINAGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT N0. 1 -
SCHEDULE__ATMA.�Qg�_$A�,F FACTLTTTES
provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and PACIFIC EXs',S , as Contractor,
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the
20th day of A I MIST 191—
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolutior was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a Regular meeting of the Council of said City
