RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, -that the time within which the construction of
EAST SAN RAFAEL DRAINAGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 -
SCHEDULE B, MAJOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS
provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and GHILOTTI BROS., INC. , as Contractor,
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the
20TH day of AUGUST , 19 73 .
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a .Reaular meeting of the Council of said City
