RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL ADJUSTING THE SALARY
RANGE FOR "Y" RATED CLASSIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, the City Council has directed that the salary ranges for all
clerical classifications be adjusted effective July 1, 1973; and
WHEREAS, those incumbents whose present salary range exceeds the newly
established range, for which she/he is classified, will be placed in a "Y"
rated salary range as follows:
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the "Y" rated salary range be frozen and may
not increase until the last step of the newly -created salary range exceeds the
last step of the said "Y" rated salary range.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted
at a Regular meeting of the Council of said,City held on Monday
the 7th day of clay , 1973, by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini.
NOES COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Nona.
