RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
SETTING FEES AND CHARGES FOR CITY SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the City Manager has conducted a survey of fees and
charges to be charged for various services rendered by the City of
San Rafael; and
WHEREAS, the fees and charges that have been charged are in-
sufficient to reimburse the City for the services rendered; and
WHEREAS, the City Council as a matter of policy does not wish
to receive profits from the rendering of said services but only re-
imburse the City for the expenses incurred in the issuing and serv-
ing of various permits and services rendered.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the fees and charges to be
paid to the City of San Rafael shall be in accordance with those set
forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein as though
fully set forth.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby cer-
tify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City held on
the 7th da_y of MAY , 1973, by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None.
