RESOLUTION APPROVIZNG PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND DIRECTING
CALL FOR BIDS FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF TENNIS COURT LIGHTING
FREITAS PARK PROJECT (VALLECITO SCHOOL SITE)
PROJECT NO. 9111-73.170

City Engineer, of the City of San Rafael, California, presented to the City
Council of said City and filed with the City Clerk thereof, Plans and Specifi-
cations entitled
CONSTRUCTION OF TE"""IS COURT LIGHTING
FREITAS PARK PROJECT (VALLECITO SCHOOL SITE)
PROJECT NO. 9111-73.170
and WHEREAS, said City Council has examined and considered said plans and
specifications and the same appear to be in all respects correct and proper;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY ORDERED AND RESOLVED that said plans and specifi-
cations be and the same are hereby approved as the official plans and specifi-
cations for doing said work;
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED AND RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of said City be
and is hereby authorized and directed to cause to be published in a manner
provided by law a notice inviting sealed proposals for doing said work, which
said notice shall contain among other things required by law, a statement of
the time and place hereby fixed and. appointed for opening, examining and declar-
ing said proposals, to -wit: 10:00 A.M. on Monday, the 21st day of May, 1973
in the office of the City Clerk, Room 204, City Hall, 1400 Fifth Avenue, San Rafael,
California 94902.
I, MARION A. GRADY , Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that
the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
Regular meeting of the Council of said City held on Mondav the
7th day of. May 31 19_73_, by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: cobNjCIL,kSEN Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon, and Mayor Bettini.
NOES: COUNCILMEN None.
ABSENT:. COUNCILMEN None.
