RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENT
WORK DESIGNATED "SMITH RANCH ROAD"
Upon application of the Developer therefor, and due cause being shown this
City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the construction of the improvement
work provided for in that certain agreement between the City of San Rafael and
U.S. COMMUNITIES, INC., as Developer, shall be completed, be and it is hereby
extended to and including the 4th day of June , 19 73; this extension
shall not become effective unless and until said Developer files with the City
Engineer the written consent of the Surety Company upon said Developer's Faith-
ful Performance Bond to said continuance and waiver of Statute of Limitations for
the period of said extension.
I, MARION A. GRADY , Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that
the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
Regular meeting of the Council of said City held on Monday, the 7th day
of May , 19 73 , by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini.
NOES: COUNCILMEN None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN None.
