A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AND DESCRIBING TWO (2) HOUR LIMIT PARKING AREA
BE IT RESOLVED that the following described street, or portion thereof, in
the City of San Rafael, State of California, is hereby designated as a
street whereon parking in excess of two hours is prohibited between the
hours of 9:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M., during any day except Sundays and Legal
Holidays within the meaning of Chapter 5.48.010 of the Municipal Code of
the City of San Rafael.
EAST SIDE OF IRWIN ST. - BETWEEN MISSION AVE. AND BELLE AVE.
I, MARION A. GRADY , Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted
at a regular meeting of the Council of said City held on
Monday the 21st day of May 1973, by the following
vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None.
