RESOLITrION APPROVIN^u PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND DIRECTING
CALL FOR BIDS FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWERS - SEA WAY
PROJECT NO. 9514-73.165
1THEREAS ,
City Engineer, of the City of San Rafael, California, presented to the City
Council of said City and filed with the City Clerk thereof, Plans and Specifi-
cations entitled
CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWERS - SEA WAY
PROJECT NO. 9514-73.165
and WHEREAS,. said City Council has examined. and considered said plans and
specifications and the same appear to be in all respects correct and proper;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY ORDERED AND RESOLVED that said plans and specifi-
cations be and the same are hereby approved as the official plans and specifi-
cations for doing said work;
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED AND RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of said City be
and is hereby authorized and directed to cause to be published in a manner
provided by law a notice inviting sealed proposals for doing said work, which
said notice shall contain among other things required by law, a statement of
the time and place hereby fixed and appointed for opening, examining and declar-
ing said proposals, to -wit:
3:00 P.M., TUESDAY, JUNE 12, 1973, IN THE OFFICE OF THE
CITY CLERK, ROOM 210, CITY HALL, 1400 FIFTH AVENUE,
SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA 94902
I, MARION A. GRADY , Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that
the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Council of said City held on Monday the
21St day of May , 1973 ,, by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COLENCILMEN Jensen, Miskimen, Mu1ryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini.
NOES: COUNCILMEN None.
