RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS A:ND DIRECTING
CALL FOR BIDS FOR
GREENWOOD AVENUE STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 9327-73.167

City Engineer, of the City of San Rafael, California, presented to the City
Council of said City and filed with the City Clerk thereof, Plans and Specifi-
cations entitled
GREENWOOD AVENUE STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 9327-73.167
and WHEREAS, said City Council has examined and considered said plans and
specifications and the same appear to be in all respects correct and proper;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY ORDERED AND RESOLVED that said plans and specifi-
cations be and the same are hereby approved as the official plans and specifi-
cations for doing said work;
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED AND RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of said City be
and is hereby authorized and directed to cause to be published in a manner
provided by law a notice inviting sealed proposals for doing said work, which
said notice shall contain among other things required by law, a statement of
the time and place hereby fixed and appointed for opening, examining and declar-
ing said proposals, to -wit:
3:00 P.M., TUESDAY, JUNE 12, 1973, IN THE OFFICE OF THE
CITY CLERIC, ROOM 210, CITY HALL, 1400 FIFTH AVE., SAN RAFAEL,
CALIFORNIA 94902.

the foregoing Resolution.was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
