RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
ACCEPTING REAL PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael has negotiated for and ac-
quired certain property, being Assessor's Parcel No. 165-010-43 and
Assessor's Parcel No. 165-102-30, located in the City of San Rafael,
County of Marin, State of California, and more particularly described
in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference; and
WHEREAS, a deed has been executed by the owners thereof naming
the City of San Rafael as grantor thereof.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of San Rafael hereby accepts said deed on behalf of said City.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly intro-
duced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City
held on the _7111day of May _ , 1973, by the following vote,
