Chairman Boro announced in Open Session that the Agency would be going into Closed

AGENCY CONSIDERATION
4. RESOLUTION APPROVING ADDENDUM TO THE RIGHT-OF-WAY ENTRY AGREEMENT FOR THE RAFAEL
THEATER (RA) - File R-260 x R-314
Assistant Executive Director Jake Ours reported there will be an open house at the
Rafael Theater in conjunction with the Classic Car Parade to be held on Saturday,
May 21, 1994.
Member Cohen moved and Member Zappetini seconded, to adopt a Resolution approving an
addendum to the right -of -entry agreement for the Rafael Theater.
