RESOLUTION DIRECTING FILING OF BOUNDARY MAP WITH
COUNTY RECORDER OF "-MRIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Rafael, Marin
County, California, on the 4th day of June, 1973, approved the boundary
map for East San Rafael Drainage Assessment District No. 2, City of San
Rafael, Marin County, California, which said map is entitled, "Proposed
Boundaries of East San Rafael Drainage Assessment District No. 2, City
of San Rafael, Marin County, California;"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of San Rafael that a certified copy of said boundary map here-
tofore approved shall be filed with the County Recorder of Marin County
in accordance with the provisions of Part 2,.Division 4.5 of the Streets
and Highways Code of the State of California.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael, Marin
County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 18th day
of June, 1973, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES: Councilmen None
ABSENT: Councilmen None
