RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED,.that the time within which the construction of
PROJECT NO. 9111-73.150
CONSTRUCTION OF TENNIS COURT$_, FR TTAS PARK PR� 01FCT_(VA 1 F(:TTO SCHnrn SITE)
provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and W. K. MCLELLAN CO. , as Contractor,
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the
2nd day of OULY , 19 73 -
1, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City
held on Monday , the 18th day of JUNE
15 73 by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN None
