A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AND DESCRIBING INTERSECTIONS
AT WHICH BOULEVARD STOPS ARE REQUIRED
BE IT RESOLVED that the following intersections or portions
thereof, in the City of San Rafael, State of California, are hereby
designated as intersections at which vehicles are required to stop within
the meaning of Chapter 5.28.010 of the Municipal Code of the City of
San Rafael:
a. MOUNTAIN VIEW and OAKDALE AVENUE (3 -Way Stop)
b. KNIGHT DRIVE at WOODSIDE WAY (3 -Way Stop)
c. KNIGHT DRIVE at COTTONWOOD DR. (3 -Way Stop)
d. NOVA ALBION WAY and ESMEYER DR. (3 -Way Stop)
e. DEL GANADO RD. at LAS RAPOSAS RD. (3 -Way Stop)
f. Corner of MANUAL FREITAS PARKWAY and DEL GANADO ROAD (3 -Way Stop
I, MARION A. GRADY , Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly intro-
duced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City held on
Monday, the 18th day of JUNE , 19 73 , by the following vote,
to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
