A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AND DESCRIBING ONE-WAY STREET
BE IT RESOLVED that the following described street, or portions
thereof in the City of San Rafael, State of California, is hereby desig-
nated as "One -Way Street", within the meaning of Chapter 5.24.010 of the
Municipal Code of the City of San Rafael.
FIRST STREET - "ONE WAY" WESTBOUND FROM
"D" STREET TO "E" STREET.
I, MARION A. GRADY , Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
ce rtify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City held on
Monday, the 18th day of JUNE , 19 73 , by the following vote,
to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
