RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL ACCEPTING REAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael has negotiated for
and acquired certain property, being Assessor's Parcel No.
165-010-41, located in the City of San Rafael, County of
Marin, State of California, and more particularly described
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference; and
WHEREAS, a deed has been executed by the owners
thereof naming the City of San Rafael as grantee thereof,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That the City Council of the City of San
Rafael hereby accepts said deed to the property
set forth in Exhibit "A", on behalf of said City.
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on the 2nd day of July ,
1973, by the following vote, to wit:

That certain real property situated partly in the City of San Rafael and
all in the County of Marin, State of California, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point which bears North 65° 261 21" West 67.77 feet
from the most Easterly corner of Lot 8 of "Las -Colindas Unit One"
according to the Hap thereof filed•i•iay 25, 1954 in Map Book 8 at page
10, I�arin County Records; thence North 711 441 00" West along the
Northerly boundary line"of said "Las Colindas Unit One" and the Northerly
boundary line of "Las Colindas Unit Three" accordin- to the Map thereof
filed March 14, 1955 in I•lap Book 8 at page 44, I•larin County Records,
671.14 feet to the Easterly corner of Lot 52 of said Unit Three; thence
leaving said line and along the Northeasterly extension of the North-
westerly line of Wintergreen Terrace, as said North:��esterly line is
shown on the Map of "Las Colindas Unit Three" filed March 14, 1955 in

100.00 feet; thence -North 710 44' 00" West 594.72 feet to a point on
the East boundary line of "Las Colindas Unit Seven" according to the

line 160.00 feet to the most Northeasterly corner of said "Las Colindas
