TION OF APPRECIATION TO YOUTH IN
ARTS AND ALL ITS VOLUNTEERS FOR
THEIR EFFORTS IN SUPPORT OF THE

STREET PAINTING FESTIVAL (held
June 11-12, 1994 in San Rafael)

The following items were removed from the consent calendar for further discussion:
3. REPORT ON GRAND OPENING CEREMONIES FOR 1 "H" STREET PROJECT (RA) - File R-173
Member Zappetini stated there are several things that were on the bid document that
are not yet on the building. Executive Director (Redevelopment Agency) Ours stated
there are a few items that are being completed such as the parking structure, but it
will all be accomplished per plan.
The Agency unanimously accepted the report, without motion.
4. RESOLUTION APPROVING ONE YEAR EXTENSION OF CONTRACT WITH RICHARD BORNHOLDT
CONSULTING GROUP AS HOUSING CONSULTANT THROUGH JUNE 30, 1995 FOR A FEE NOT TO EXCEED
$35,000 (RA) - File R-173 x (SRCC) 187 x 13-16
Member Zappetini asked if we have a fee schedule showing charges per hour for each
of the personnel. Mr. Ours stated there is only one person, and the charge is $75
per hour.
Member Cohen moved and Member Heller seconded, to adopt the Resolution approving the
contract extension with Richard bornholdt Consulting Group.
RESOLUTION NO. 94-25 - AUTHORIZING THE ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXTEND THE
EXISTING CONTRACT WITH RICHARD BORNHOLDT CONSULTING GROUP
THROUGH JUNE 30, 1995 FOR A FEE NOT TO EXCEED $35,000

Chairman Boro made presentations of Resolutions of Appreciation and a City pin to
Art Cirimele and Del Maltby for their donations of time, material and labor for the
tree lighting project.
Chairman Boro made presentation of Resolution of Appreciation and City pins to Sue
and Joe Carlomagno, Susan Anderson and Terese Redinger in appreciation of Youth in
Arts Street Painting Festival.
