RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the construction of
"FIFTH AND V STREET PARKING LOT" - PROJECT NO. 9333-73.16
provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and W. K. McLellan Co. , as Contractor,
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the
20th day of July 1913 .
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing Resoiutior was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a Regular meeting of the Council of said City
held on Monday , the 16th day of ,ALJ,
