RESOLUTION EXTENDING THME FOR THE_COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the construction of
provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and W. K. McLELLAN CO. , as Contractor,
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the
20th day of July , 19 73—.
1, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing Resoiutior was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a Regular meeting of the Council of said City
held on _ MondU , the 16th day of July
151 by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN : Jensen, Mulryan and Acting Mayor Miskimen
NOES: COUNCILMEN : None
