RESOLUTION DIRECTING PROJECT ENGINEER TO PREPARE
AND FILE AN AMENDED ASSESSMENT, EAST SAN RAFAEL
DRAINAGE ASSESS14ENT DISTRICT NO. 1, CITY OF SAN
RAFAEL ,:,'1ARIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, on the 3rd day of April, 1972, levied an
assessment in East San Rafael Drainage Assessment District No, 1,
City of San Rafael, Marin County, California; and
WHEREAS, since the levy of said assessment, a certain
parcel. of land has been divided, and it is necessary to apportion
the assessment to reflect said division;
NOW, THEREFORE, DE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of San Rafael., as follows:
That the firm of GONZALEZ & OBERKAM.PER, Project Engineer
for said assessment district, is hereby directed to prepare and file
with the City Clerk of the City of San Rafael a segregation and
apportionment of Assessment No. 17, in accordance with the benefits
to the several parts of the original lot or parcel upon which said
assessment was levied,
That, upon the filing of said amended assessment, the
City Clerk of the City of San Rafael is directed to fix a time and
place for a hearing in the manner prescribed by law.
The City Council hereby fixes the amount of costs and
fees for preparing the Amended Assessment, the Notices and the
Amended Assessment Diagram as follows:
1) Engineering fees pa.ya.ble to Gonzalez &
Oberkamper, Civil Engineers $ 300.00
2) Legal fees payable to Sturgis, Den-Dulk,
Douglass & Anderson, Special Pond Counsel 1.85.00

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on
the 6th day of August, 1973, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Jensen, Nixon and Acting Mayor M i sk i men .
NOES: Councilmen None.
ABSENT: Councilmen Mul ryan and Mayor Bett i n i .
