RESOLUTION DIRECTING FILING OF BOUNDARY 'IAP WITH
COUNTY RECORDER OF THE COUNTY OF MARIN
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Rafael, Marin
County, California, on the 18th day of June, 1973, approved the boundary
map for Terra Linda Valley (Oak Hill) Open Space Assessment District,
City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, which said map is en-
titled, "Proposed Boundaries of Terra Linda Valley (Oak Hill) Open
Space Assessment District, City of San Rafael, County of'Marin, State
of California;"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of San Rafael that a certified copy of said boundary map here-
tofore approved shall be filed with the County Recorder of Marin County
in accordance with the provisions of Part 2, Division 4.5 of the
Streets and Highways Code of the State of California.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the
20th day of August, 1973, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Jensen, Miskimen, Mulryan, Nixon and Mayor Bettini.
NOES: Councilmen
ABSENT: Councilmen
None.
